Delivering long-term value in today’s business landscape requires a more holistic approach that serves all stakeholders, including investors, tenants, employees and communities, and systematically addresses the full spectrum of environmental, social responsibility, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities. As REIT stakeholders become increasingly impacted by and interested in corporate ESG performance, the ESG journey for REITs and publicly traded real estate is urgent and accelerating.
